Mike, I am so jealous of your list because it is full of these movies I wanted to see but a) never made it to my city, or b) ones that had such a short run that I missed. I desperately want to see Mr. Lazarescu, Syndromes and Private Fears (both of which I missed while travelling between Chicago and NYC, two cities that simultaneously screened them at their respective film festivals), not to mention Inland Empire. But I swear I'll quit whining about that one soon. In 14 days to be exact. That's when it opens here! I'm going to put on Colossal Youth now, so I'll weigh in on that soon, too. But dude, where the heck is Miami Vice? I thought we were Mann fans together?

Terrific list, Michael. Great choices.

And it's nice to discover your blog. I look forward to following it.
